Dr. Ginger Garlie opened Rivertown in 1996 with the goal of offering the highest quality veterinary care available, in a warm, friendly atmosphere. It is important that people feel confident that their pets are being treated with skill and compassion. The new hospital was a success, and after several years of building a reputation for excellence in the community and among its peers, Rivertown needed to expand. In February of 2008, we moved into our new location in the scenic Liberty Village neighborhood of Stillwater.
Our award-winning hospital was designed with pets and people in mind. To support our mission to offer high-quality, compassionate care, we created a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the technology needed to provide the best in veterinary medical, dental and surgical care, housed within a warm and welcoming atmosphere for your pet and family.

Our services range from preventive and wellness care, such as exams and vaccinations, to surgery, dentistry, and high-level diagnostics, including radiology, dental digital radiology, endoscopy, ultrasound, echocardiography and full in-house lab services. We also offer hospital care for your sick pets and holistic care, including acupuncture, chiropractic and Chinese herbs.
